The team is led by Albert Boateng, a Certified Climate & Renewable Energy Finance Expert. Albert is also a Certified Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA in Finance. He has over 19years of banking, investment, and clean energy finance experience during which he has supported investing in and fundraising for projects and businesses. He was the Regional Director of Persistent Energy Partners, a clean energy investment company. He oversaw the investment and portfolio development of PEP’s West Africa operations including pipeline development, investment appraisal, transactions structuring, asset management, supervision of exits as well as liquidation strategies. He was the regional Asset Manager for E+Co, a clean energy fund management company that provided enterprise development services to SMEs alongside provision of investment capital.
Albert has a major track record in advising and fundraising for small and medium sized companies. He was the Regional Coordinator for the Private Financing Advisory Network in West Africa, a position he held for 8 years. He organized and participated in several Project Development and Financing Workshops for clean energy entrepreneurs and project developers.
Albert O. Boateng is currently an Advisor for renewable energy projects under the GET.Invest Finance Catalyst program in Africa. He serves on the Investment Committee of Wangara Capital, a World Bank supported Green Impact Fund.
Kormi Courage Amese

Kormi Courage Amese is a Serial Entrepreneur, an International Business Consultant and a Philanthropist. He is a co-founder for businesses in several industries such as Information Technology, Advertising, Energy, Construction, Agriculture, and Logistics. Having transformed into a consultant, he brings a plethora of over 13 years’ experience in founding and running numerous SMEs. He is a Multilingual Consultant at TriLogique Apex, an African-focused Deal Advisory and Capital Raising firm where he has successfully made deals and raised funds for projects.
Kormi earned a Bachelors of Art degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Ghana, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Lancaster University – UK and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree in Data Analytics at the Grand Canyon University in Arizona, USA. He holds several professional certificates in Finance, Data Analytics, Consulting, Energy, and Chinese. His long-term research interest is the utilization of National Data of emerging economies by their SMEs to de-risk and optimize costs so as to attract more favorable cost of capital and alternative financing models.
With a passion for entrepreneurship, his philanthropic endeavours include funding and mentoring selected young entrepreneurs in Ghana. In 2017, he was adjudged the Most Outstanding Alumni Entrepreneur by KNUST, he is also a Paul Harris Fellow; an honorary recognition of Rotary International.
Daniel Kissiedu

The firm’s Board is chaired by Mr. Daniel Kissiedu a seasoned banking, consulting, and business executive with 20-year proven track record in providing strategic guidance to businesses, structuring transactions, and providing solutions in energy and logistics.
Mr. Kissiedu is currently the Managing Director of Compass Prime Ltd. Prior to this role, he was Managing Director of Trade and Logistics Africa Ltd., a position he held for 10 years. He had previously been the Chief Operating Officer at Osam Energy Company Ltd. Mr. Kissiedu also worked with Zenith Bank Ghana Ltd, first as a relationship manager, and later as a Business Manager. He was a Senior Associate for Strategy Consulting at Dixcove Ventures Advisory Group.
Mr. Daniel Kissiedu holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Leicester, U.K. and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Planning obtained from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.
Mr. Kissiedu was appointed to the Board of Prudential Bank in June 2018.
